Entrepreneurs are very special people: they are enthusiastic, inspiring, they believe that they will make it, they invest in creating strategic networks beneficiant to all parties involved, they love their jobs, they are open minded, they fall and rise again, they are innovative and embrace change.
I believe us Greeks are born entrepreneurs. Despite the financial circumstances or rather because of the circumstances I firmly believe so. We are visionaries, we have innovative ideas that we believe in, we learn from a very young age how to create meaningful networks, we are careful but we are not afraid, we work hard, we crave recognition and we enjoy finding solutions. The first Greek entrepreneur was called Odysseus. I do not frankly believe there will be a last one, it is in our DNA.
So if you are looking for a job, think like an entrepreneur to get one. Think about what makes you special, gather feedback on how others see you, understand what your authentic brand attributes are, express it and communicate it to win.
If you need to generate more business, follow exactly the same route. Increase your own understanding of what you have to offer, ask and gain feedback from your networks and reach out to the ones who are looking for you and you only!
This is our true nature. I invite you to get reminded of it and look after it methodically from now on.
