The best career strategy in the world is useless if you can't communicate it.
I bridge the gap between HR strategy, expert careers guidance, and strategic communications. I help you figure out what you want, understand what the market wants, and then tell the story that connects the two.
Define your value. Articulate your edge. Own your career.
The Strategy. The Story. The Science.
Marina Vogopoulou is a Career Strategist who believes that professional success relies on a hybrid skillset: you need the rigour of HR, the clarity of a Media professional, and the specialized insight of vocational Guidance.
She doesn't just fix CVs or conduct mock interviews. She helps inspired professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives engineer a cohesive narrative that survives the scrutiny of the modern workplace.
The Hybrid Edge: HR + Comms + Guidance
Marina’s approach is unique because it is built on three distinct pillars.
Her foundation in Communications and Media (Panteion University) means she approaches career management through the lens of messaging and audience. She knows that being good at your job is only half the battle; the other half is communicating that value effectively.
She combines this with two postgraduate degrees from UK universities in Careers Advice & Guidance and Human Resources Management, creating a rare consulting model that covers the ‘how-to-say-it’ and the ‘what-to-do’.
The Credentials
She has the paper trail to back up the hybrid model. Beyond her degrees, she has earned the coveted acronyms:
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
- ICG (Institute for Careers Guidance)
- CPBS (Certified Personal Branding Strategist)

The Methodology
Having spent years as both a Careers Adviser and an HR Manager across the UK and Greece, Marina knows the script from both sides of the desk.
She realized early on that the traditional career ladder is obsolete. The professionals who succeed today are the ones who can treat their career like a project: structured like an HR operation, but communicated like a media campaign. Marina is the strategist who makes that happen.
