What would my career be like, if I was not afraid?

This is the one million dollar question. In fact, the answer to it is worth a lot more for each and everyone of us. Happy, successful careerists have done nothing more that giving an answer to this question. An answer that comes straight from their hearts and gives them purpose.

Most of us, build and care for our careers aiming "not to.." Basing all our activity, thought and energy to prevent something from happening, we run out of energy to make something actually happen. Is there anyone amongst us who wishes to think back in his/her career and say "Well, I did very well spending all my life, aiming not to get sacked, avoid unemployment and not to ruin my professional reputation"?

By focusing on our fears we miss out on achieving our career purpose. And in effect, we miss out on the opportunity to become successful and fulfilled professionals. So, if our aim is "to ..." instead of "not to..."our heart and mind automatically tune in making those steps which will lead us to "enjoy work" as many of my friends and clients say.

From this moment we are no longer afraid. We are bringing our career purpose into the light and we let this light show us the way to become  happy and successful professionals.
