Most recruiters and employers -if not all- would rather hear something like "Actually, I have no weaknesses, I am perfect". At least, such an answer would seem more dynamic and definately different and original.


At an interview, no answer can be standard. You know very well that at work in general, very few things are set in stone and can be standardised and expected.


The only standard you need is to always be aligned with your personal brand. If what sets you apart is "Creativity" your answer and your whole attitude will be and will be expected to be "Creative". If you are a "Diplomat" or anything else, exactly the same applies. 


The "right" answer will surface. Because it is true and authentic. At the end of the day, standard answers give standard results... 


Employers do not get excited about "copy" employees. They get excited about original, authentic personal brands. Like you do. 


If you are certain about what sets you apart, if you know what others see in you at work and these two parametres meet in your personal brand, then fear no more. All your answers will always be authentic and meaningful. So will be your career. Full of success and fulfillment. 


As John Mason, has very well put it: "You were born an original, do not die a copy”
